INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, artwork, photography, designs, writing, graphics, video, music, garments, objects, product designs, website materials, and other original creative content presented through Randolph Loude remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Purchase of a physical work or product does not transfer copyright, reproduction, publication, licensing, merchandising, or other intellectual-property rights unless expressly transferred through a separate written agreement.

ATELIER WORKS

Information regarding Atelier works is provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Because works may incorporate handmade, artist-applied, individually fabricated, or mixed production processes, variations may exist where inherent to the work or its production.

VARIABLES

VARIABLES availability may change without notice.

Past availability does not guarantee future availability.

The appearance of a related object, garment, material, color, construction, or interpretation in a future release does not necessarily constitute a restock of an earlier Variable.

Unless expressly identified otherwise, VARIABLES do not receive an Atelier Certificate of Authenticity & Provenance.

EDITIONS

Where an edition is stated, the corresponding edition information applies to that particular issuance.

An Authorized Reissue constitutes a separately documented Atelier issuance and does not alter the identity of the originating work.

Edition information may be documented separately from the work’s root serial identity.

COMMISSIONS

Commission terms—including scope, pricing, deposit or payment structure, production period, revisions, delivery, and other applicable conditions—may be established separately for each commission.

Unless expressly transferred in writing, commissioning and acquiring a work does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

AUTHENTICATION

Qualifying Randolph Loude Atelier works may be documented through a Certificate of Authenticity & Provenance, serial identification, unique QR identification, and corresponding physical and digital Atelier records.

Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, alteration, reassignment, or creation of Randolph Loude authentication materials, certificates, serial identifiers, QR codes, labels, or associated records is prohibited.

Possession of a certificate, serial number, QR code, image, or other authentication component does not independently establish authenticity if that information does not correspond with records maintained by Randolph Loude Atelier.

SERIAL IDENTIFICATION

Serial identifiers are issued according to the Randolph Loude identification system and are intended to maintain the documented identity and lineage of qualifying works and objects.

Serial identifiers should not be transferred between works, altered to misrepresent classification or history, or reproduced for the purpose of representing an unauthorized work as authentic.

QR IDENTIFICATION

A QR code associated with qualifying Atelier documentation may provide access to a corresponding digital record.

The availability or functionality of a digital record does not independently replace the physical work, Certificate of Authenticity & Provenance, or other applicable Atelier documentation.

ORDERS

Orders may be declined or cancelled where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, fulfillment is impossible, information is materially incorrect, fraud is reasonably suspected, or fulfillment would violate applicable law.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping, return, cancellation, final-sale, made-to-order, and related conditions applicable to a transaction should be determined by the policies presented at the time of purchase.

Commissioned, customized, made-to-order, and certain Atelier works may be subject to different conditions from standard VARIABLES purchases where disclosed at the time of transaction.

WEBSITE CONTENT

Content appearing on the website may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, modified, represented as authorized Randolph Loude material, or otherwise used beyond rights granted by applicable law or express written permission.

CHANGES

The website, available works, VARIABLES, services, documentation systems, and these Terms may be updated from time to time.

Changes to the documentation system do not inherently invalidate works or documentation properly issued under an earlier Atelier standard.
