Submitting an inquiry does not create a contractual relationship, reserve a work, guarantee availability, or obligate Randolph Loude Atelier to accept a project, commission, collaboration, or transaction.

PURCHASES
Where purchases are made available through the website, additional information regarding price, payment, delivery, production, taxes, and other applicable conditions may be provided at the time of purchase.
An order or payment may be subject to verification and acceptance. Randolph Loude Atelier reserves the right to decline or cancel a transaction where reasonably necessary, including in cases of error, suspected fraud, inability to fulfill the order, or incorrect availability information. EDITIONS & REPRODUCTIONS
Where a work is identified as an edition, reproduction, print, artist edition, studio production, or other designated format, the applicable description and documentation will define the nature of that object.
Purchase of a physical or digital work does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or other intellectual property rights unless expressly agreed to in writing.
CERTIFICATES & AUTHENTICITY
Certain works or objects may be accompanied by certificates, documentation, identifiers, serial information, digital records, or other methods of authentication.
Such documentation forms part of the Atelier’s recordkeeping and authentication system where applicable. Unauthorized alteration, reproduction, falsification, or misrepresentation of Atelier documentation is prohibited.
RESALE & OWNERSHIP
Ownership of an artwork or object does not grant the owner the right to reproduce, manufacture, license, commercially exploit, or represent themselves as the creator of the work.
Any resale or transfer of a work remains subject to applicable copyright, moral-rights, resale-rights, and other laws where relevant.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Randolph Loude Atelier makes reasonable efforts to present accurate information. However, colors, scale, texture, dimensions, materials, availability, and other characteristics may appear differently digitally or may be updated as documentation develops.
