THE PROCESS

 

Q: Are your products made to order?

A: Yes. To ensure exclusivity and meticulous attention to detail, every RLA artifact and sartorial design is produced on a made-to-order basis after you place your order.

 

Q: What is the production and shipping time?

A: Please allow 15-20 business days for the crafting, hand-finishing, and delivery of your piece. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our studio.

 

Q: Where are your products made?

A: Our contemporary artwork is printed and finished by our master partners in Germany. Our sartorial designs and other objects are produced with specialized artisans globally, selected to meet our uncompromising standard for craftsmanship.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to the custom, made-to-order, and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. For our full policy, please see our Terms of Service.

 

Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

A: We stand behind our craftsmanship. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@randolphloude.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

AUTHENTICITY & CARE

 

Q: What is the NFC Certificate of Authenticity?

A: Each RLA piece includes a numbered, hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA) with an embedded NFC tag. Tapping it with any smartphone verifies the artwork's provenance and permanently links it to your collection in our digital archive.

 

Q: How should I care for my artwork?

A: Display your face-mounted acrylic piece away from direct sunlight. Clean the matte surface gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid any chemical cleaners.

 

Q: How should I care for my garment?

A: Please refer to the specific care instructions on the garment's label. We recommend following them closely to preserve the quality and longevity of the fabric and design.
